  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • ¼ Corn starch
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Vegetable oil
  • Dipping sauce of your choice

Chicken Mcnuggets Recipe Details

For preparing chicken nuggets, you just need a few things easily available in your kitchen. It takes more time for preparation than cooking as preparation time is 50 minutes and cooking time is just 10 minutes.

How to Prepare it?

  • Take a bowl and put ground chicken in it.
  • Add salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder in the chicken. Mix until combined.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop chicken mixture and make flatten nuggets of it, place them on a baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Fill a medium pot halfaway with vegetable oil and put on a medium flame.
  • Until oil heats up, let’s make batter for coating.
  • Take a bowl and put all purpose flour, corn starch, salt, paprika , black pepper, garlic powder  and 1 large egg in it. Make a loose batter.
  • Take out nuggets from the freezer, in turn dip them twice in a batter and put in a hot oil for frying.
  • Fry each side for up to 2 minutes, then drain it on a paper towel.
  • Fry it again for 2 minutes for more crisp .
  • Drain on a paper lined plate and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
